Production Control/Customer Service

Aurora Circuits, a leading manufactuer of single sided Printed Circuit Boards, located in Aurora, IL. is seeking an energtic multi- tasking person for our Production Control/Customer Service Dept.

 

Job Purpose:

 

Satisfies customers by logging requests, entering orders in scheduling system,coordinating the flow of work and communicating to customer.

 

Duties:

 

* Tracks production order requests and output by completing logs.

* Verifies output by comparing request requirements with production schedules.

* Entering orders into system.

*Expedites output delivery by checking schedules,verifying status,providing reminders.

*Forwards output by sorting and assembling documents.

* Helps customers by answering questions and responding to requests.

* Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing production information.

* Maintains work operations by following polices and procedures;reporting needed changes.

* Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
