Job Description:

As a member of the Professional Development team, the successful candidate will deliver training for all new and existing Customer Care Center employees through instructor-led facilitation, multimedia, and various learning management systems, improving participant understanding and retention by using adult learning techniques and methods.  This position will provide sales and performance coaching for Customer Care Center managers and sales/support representatives, acting as a primary resource for subject matter expertise.  Further, the role will successfully roll out new training courses, programs and marketing initiatives.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

*Deliver targeted business channel training to include:
  -New employee technical, product and sales training
  -Continuing educational training
  -Organizational Development
*Manage the classroom learning environment utilizing accelerated learning techniques (adapt delivery to audience and provide opportunities for participation, manage group interaction and participation)
*Evaluate participant performance (conduct needs analysis, monitor participant progress during training)
*Administer assessments (manage the timely delivery of assessments to training manager, and counsel trainees regarding progress as appropriate)
*Share relevant information with the sales management team about trainee progress which will enhance the successful transition of new hires from the training environment to active employee?s duties
*Develop strategies and train to increase Go Daddy product, sales and customer service performance.
*Develop training curriculum and training communication tools targeted to new products, product or service updates, sales tools or other training opportunities.
*Special projects (related to major product launches and additional training needs)
*Project core Go Daddy values of strong customer focus, flexibility to successfully adapt to a rapidly changing environment and integrity in all dealings with customers and other Go Daddy team members.

 

Skills/ Requirements:

*Ability to train in multiple GoDaddy.com locations and multiple work shifts.
*Past participation in the coordination of product launch training, communication and /or delivery processes.
*3-5 years of formal classroom training experience.
*Previous experience in either developing training curriculum for delivery
*Experience successfully delivering a pre-designed training program
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Professional personal appearance.
*Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
*Strong past attendance performance.
