Professional Outbound Telephone Sales Representative

A client located in Northeast San Antonio has an immediate position available for a professional outbound telephone sales representative.


An exciting and rapidly growing telecommunications company in San Antonio, Texas is seeking candidates for the following position:

Responsible for calling a pre-selected group of customers. The objective is to educate customers, update and maintain customer information, and help retain customer base by identification of problem areas within company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Continuously promote company and staff in a positive manner.
Maintain working knowledge of company products, services and promotions.
Meet quantity and quality goals to include daily outbound quotas.
Responsible for cross selling and up selling.
Answer customer inquires.
Make recommendations according to customer needs on features, equipment, accessories and rate plans.
Support and backup sales and retail dealer operations i.e. activating accounts, taking customer payments, programming handsets, etc.


Skills and Requirements:
Must be bilingual.
1 year outbound telemarketing and customer service experience.
Professional telephone skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and recommend solutions.
Maintain professional image.
Ability to work flexible schedules and hours.

Hours and Pay:
Any time between 10am ? 10pm M-F and Sat 10am ? 5pm.
11.00 ? 11.50 per hour.
