Program Director

Company Introduction: As the premier sales and customer service provider for some of the world's most successful brands, Alta Resources is a growing company working with nationally recognized clients.  Due to continued growth, we are looking to fill a Program Director position working in our Call Center. 
 
Job Description:

Directs and manages activities for our client within the Alta Resources organization to obtain optimum results, ensure efficiency and economy of operations, and maximize established program objectives by performing the following duties personally or through Team Leaders. The hours of operation for this department are as follows: Monday-Friday (5am-10pm), Saturday-Sunday (7am-7pm), and major holidays (8am-5pm).

 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University is preferred; or significant related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

2 years of call center management experience a must

Also requires a minimum of 5 years customer service experience Ability to present to senior level business and technology personnel within the client organization beneficial

Requires multiple years of experience in a leadership role with financial accountabilities including profit and loss

Transportation experience a plus

Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus

 

Job Responsibilities:

Create/maintain ?exceptional? customer care and accuracy as the cornerstones and focal points of program

Promote open two-way communication with client and team

Develop employee skills through coaching/monitoring, goal setting and personal development programs

Implement and administer proactive training and team building programs

Determines work procedures, forecasts call volume, and expedites workflow

Partners in business development with Client

Directs research activities concerned with gathering information or with compilation of statistics pertinent to planning and execution of Client objectives

Confers with administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating, and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required

Manages financials to include, but not limited to P & L, Budget, and expense reduction

Prepares monthly reports to show how Client and company goals are being met and exceeded and to identify issues that need to be resolved in meeting program objectives

Promotes organization in industry, manufacturing, or trade associations
