With general supervision the Program Analyst executes client solutions to address business needs, and develops and implements systematic methods for client operations. You will be responsible for the execution of special programs/events (bonus year-end, RIF’s, etc), service recoveries and client payroll validations. You will need to maintain high focus on analysis and quality control.

 

Reporting to a Manager of Operations in Fidelity Human Resources Services Company (FHRS) HR/Payroll (HR/PR) Client Services, the Program Analyst position has been established to directly oversee special programs, projects and events on behalf of clients in cross-functional client services units pertaining to Fidelity HR/PR services.  Your responsibilities will include:

 

?  Maintain responsibility for the overall success of programs, projects and events that are beyond the scope of standard issue resolution and affect the ongoing service of HR/PR clients.
*Development of project plans and successful execution.
*Deal directly with the other FHRS practices, Systems & Technology staff, corporate actions and the management of Client Services in gathering client data, dealing with client business issues/objectives, client relationship in regards to project management activities, and running the activities of projects within the service unit.

The Program Analyst makes decisions impacting client service on a daily basis with minimal input from their management or other members of the service team.  Their decisions may impact the client’s plan set-up, administration, or communications to their participants.

  Proactively provide analysis and follow through on multiple project deliverables related to client or internal special programs, projects and events requiring detailed knowledge of a client’s payroll structure to ensure high quality delivery of projects. Maintain responsibility for the overall success of programs, projects and events that are beyond the scope of standard issue resolution and affect the ongoing service of HR/PR clients, including development and successful execution of project plans. Partner with Systems and Business teams in the gathering of client data, dealing with client business issues/objectives, client relationship in regards to project management activities, and running the activities of projects within scope of the role. Research root cause of operational issues identified in clients’ ongoing day to day administration. Effectively communicate with client and understand the needs of programs/projects. Document/Update the process/procedures for all programs (e.g., project plan, lessons learned, etc.) in conjunction with these projects. Develop and execute testing and post production validations. Participate in Year End projects and other initiatives. Execute tasks associated with Year End program as directed.

 

 



 

Requirements:

 BS or BA preferred Proven track record of working effectively in a flexible work environment with a results-oriented approach 5+ years of analytical experience, project and job related experience  Excellent analytical, problem solving and resolution skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem solve and make decisions in team environment. Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent quality control skills and methodologies. Strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work well with various internal and external groups. The ability to anticipate potential problems and to plan for such events, escalate issues as appropriate, as well as effectively managing Client expectations. Demonstrated technical proficiency working with multiple systems and applications. Key systems and applications would include Access, Brio, Excel, SQL, Word, HRMS (Oracle), Lotus Notes, and Kintana. Knowledge of input systems/configuration dependencies and interface processing. Demonstrate and practice excellent written and oral communication skills. Payroll/Human Resources experience, including an understanding of controls, procedures and products, is preferred but not required (APA and/or CPP certifications also preferred.)
