Project Coordinator - Austin, TX (#06371)

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our Austin, TX location. Position defines, documents, and communicates processes to facilitate Platform Services operations that support Activant's business units, Partner Services, and internal departments. Assists management with the construction of projects, monitoring and reporting on workgroup performance, and routine follow-up communications with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Engages with all business units and departments to define document, and publish services and the processes to support them.
- Structures and documents processes to support Platform Service projects such as Technology Upgrade Programs, Sales Ambassadorship, and Performance Pay.
- Documents and publishes Platform Services policies and operating procedures.
- Engages directly with internal and external customers to monitor project completion and problem resolution and escalates dependencies to the appropriate resources within Activant.
- Creates models to evaluate proposed service offerings and to forecast a wide array of project costs, benefits, and timelines.
- Administrates procurement and maintains contracts with Platform Services vendors.
- Evaluates, models, and structures indoctrination and training programs for Platform Services associates.
- Maintains Platform Services performance metrics, researches anomalies in performance, and makes recommendations to management.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred
- A minimum of two years experience in service operations
