Getronics is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator who is a self-motivated and independent individual, who takes pride in the quality of their work, enjoys the camaraderie of being part of a team and requires little supervision.  An ideal candidate is someone is very personable and upbeat and who can work on multiple projects both individually and in a team environment while maintaining top rate service delivery to our client.

Challenges

As a Project Coordinator for Getronics, you will work closely with one of our largest clients.You will need to maintain constant communications with the Project Management team by providing them with information on scheduled activities using a project tracking tool as well as providing timely and accurate reports that will allow us to provide predictable projects in a dynamic business environment.  You will also be responsible for tracking all project activities as it relates to the scheduling and/or rescheduling of customer locations.

Actions and Results

One of the main responsibilities in this role is the scheduling of large deployments and day to day change management.  You will act as the main point of contact for all resource scheduling through duration of each project.  You must be able to take direction from multiple directions and still complete the required tasks within the timeframe allotted.  A strong candidate is someone who has the ability to self-manage when direction is not offered. We're looking for a candidate who has the ability to adapt easily to change as well as the ability to seek out the answers and create solutions when concerns or road blocks are encountered while continuing to offer excellent customer service to our client.

Technology and Skills
Conversant in cable and electrical installation requirements, regulations, and subcontractor requirements
Previous experience supporting and scheduling large deployment projects
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage tasks to meet project deadlines
Ability to manage deployment resources effectively
Previous project coordination experience
Mapping software experience
Proficient in Excel and all MS Office applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize
