Project Coordinator - Washington

Job Description:

Coordinates projects for our financial print and mutual fund customers by managing their jobs through the various phases of production, ensuring that clients? expectations and needs are met.

Works directly with corporate lawyers, investment bankers, company executives, corporate accountants and other clients, as well as sales and production staff.

Functions well in active, high-pressure atmosphere where personal skills and ability to multi-task and problem solve are valued highly.? Good communication skills and strong teamwork skills are necessary to effectively perform the job.

Job Responsibilities:

????????? Functions well in a fast-paced high-pressure work place.

????????? Coordinates client files through the production process.? Can adeptly receive client?s files on disk, via e-mail, Bownelink etc. and coordinate the working of these files in various Bowne proprietary systems.

????????? Gathers accurate style, print specs, quantities and other document information from clients.

????????? Understands the legal and style requirements of documents and supervisors conformity to those standards.

????????? Coordinates the production of customers? financial documents by ensuring timely and accurate typesetting, filing and printing of legal and corporate documents.

????????? Understands the SEC EDGAR filing system and can prepare and file documents for the EDGAR system.

????????? Conveys all job-related information to production.

????????? Communicates well, effectively multi-tasks and works well in a team environment

????????? Maintains accurate job and pricing information through BOSS.? Captures all costs incurred and maintains complete job history (work orders, job notes) and accurate distribution lists

????????? Deals with clients in a professional and friendly manner

????????? Ensures that all client-comfort activities are addressed when clients come in-house

????????? Efficiently operates office equipment, including photocopying, faxing etc



Hiring Criteria:

????????? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent financial print experience

????????? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

????????? Solid English verbal and written skills

????????? Computer savvy including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat

????????? Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to manage time efficiently. EOE
