Project Manager

-Works with Senior Management of MIS and Fund.
-Plans, implements, directs and oversees all aspects of highly complex Mutual Funds and Variable Annuity Proxy Campaigns/Solicitations.

-Builds/Maintains client relationships.

-Provides consultative services to the client and any client interfaces to maximize potential of a smooth, successful solicitation.



-College Degree Required, Masters Degree Preferred.

-5-10 Years Mutual Fund or Insurance Industry Experience.

-Significant experience in handling, tracking and documenting multiple projects simultaneously working under stringent guidelines.

-Basic knowledge of Corporate Governance.

-Adept at problem solving. Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.

-Strong PC skills - particularly with MS Word and MS Excel.

-Strong organizational skills.

-Must have a keen eye for detail.
