Project Manager - Datasite - 2nd shift

We are pleased to announce the following opportunity in St. Paul, MN:

PROJECT MANAGER - DataSite - 2nd shift 


This position is responsible for providing customer service to our DataSite Clients.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides superior service, as well as technical and tactical expertise in client driven highly technical environment. Responsible for developing effective and positive relationships with clients. Identifies and anticipates client needs and independently manages client DataSite projects. Serves as a point of contact for multiple client projects. Works with internal departments on all facets of project preparation and successful execution. Ensures project deliverables for clients are accurate, timely and monitors progress on project deliverables. Ensures proper documentation for job tracking and billing information is kept up to date. Consults and advises clients on the workflow or job production process. Effectively diffuses complex client situations and promotes Merrill as a whole while in the execution of the project. Understands and executes all workflow procedures and best practices in place. Reports to the operations manager.



QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires demonstrated service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations and demonstrated ability to achieve results. Requires ability to effectively manage and negotiate client expectations, as well as the ability to thoroughly understand and train clients on the components of DataSite systems. Delegates and effectively utilizes support resources. Incumbents are detail oriented, adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment and multi task in a time sensitive and deadline driven highly technical environment.



BA/BS degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in a client service environment. Proven technical skills and abilities. Fluency in French, German or Spanish is a plus, but not required.
