JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Serve as the active liaison to Ceridian's EAP Provider Network Relations.
Assist in determining FOH's business needs for the EAP affiliate network.
Oversees standard and unique recruiting requests, ensuring thorough assessment and appropriate referrals between the FOH EAP Business Unit's counselors and the EAP affiliate. Resolves problem situations with EAP affiliates as identified by EAP consultants.
Partner with FOH and FOH Clinical Directors, Counselor Supervisors and staff counselors to ensure that standards for affiliate provides are met.
Monitor satisfaction results related to FOH customer usage and provide periodic reports to the Project Director and the FOH Business Unit Management Team.
Ensures EAP affiliate network is meeting EAPA standards. Provides training and coaching in EAP practice.
Assists in the development of policy and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Care Managers, Follow-Up and Customer Service Representatives

QUALIFICATIONS:


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, other health related field. Clinical license and CEAP highly preferred.
A minimum of five years clinical experience with demonstrated ability to analyze issues, use sound clinical judgment, provide direction, coach and develop.
EAP experience, including up-to-date knowledge in the profession and industry.
Experience developing policy and procedures, and monitoring CQI programs.
Experience working with cross-functional and interdepartmental staff. Strong interpersonal skills including building relationships, displaying organizational savvy, and managing disagreements.
Knowledge of state and federal clinical liability issues
Ability to negotiate and arbitrate.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Communication, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Self-direction, Negotiation, Sensitivity to confidential information.
