Process FTD membership applications as well as member information changes Process credit requests and research to make sure that they are accurate Work with the Directory Service group as needed Provide support for other special projects as needed PC knowledge (Microsoft Office) Strong organization skills (accuracy extremely important) Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) Strong team player Multi-task oriented Detail minded Ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team
