Quality Assurance/Customer Service Representative

Logisticare, a national medical transportation management company, is seeking Quality Assurance/Customer Service Representatives for its operations based in Louisville, KY.

The QA/CS representative duties include, but are not limited to, recording and investigating complaints, initiating corrective actions, and responding to complaints in writing.  Responsible for collecting and monitoring driver and provider compliance information and send out notices when updates are due.  Responsible for confirming and coordinating standing order trips with health care facilities and providers who have a large number of Medicaid clients requiring frequent transportation services (nursing homes, dialysis clinics, etc.)

Requires 3+ years customer service experience, preferably in a medical environment.  Prior front office medical experience, medical case management, and/or medical social work experience a plus.  Must be high school graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, time management, organizational, customer service and phone skills.  Must be able to handle heavy phone volume.  Ability to work independently or with a team a must.
