Quality Assurance Monitoring Representative (Call Center)

General Summary:Monitor Senior Product Division Sales and Marketing call center representatives. Monitor for regulatory compliance,  (CMS, FCC, FTC, state telemarketing requirements), Health Net program guidelines, accuracy of information and sales skills. Compile Monitoring results. Identify compliance trends and needs. Identify sales skills trends and needs. Training-Assist the call center manager(s) on the development of training.
Assist in the delivery of the training curriculum.Work with the call center manager(s) to address P&P improvement opportunities.



Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferredTwo or more years experience in inside sales/call center - call monitoring experience a plus. Experience with Contact Management Systems Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Health Services is desirable - Medicare experience and knowledge a plus

Basic Knowledge of telemarketing systems (telephony & DB) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to operate PC-based software programs or automated business system databases. Must be able to work independently, take initiative and follow through on assignments Must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills Must have or be able to obtain with 45 days a Life/Health Agent License. Ability to travel 10% to 15% of the time
