Enterprise Processing Services (EPS ) provides products and services to all Fidelity business units. EPS offers a full range of composition, imaging, purchasing, publishing, fulfillment and distribution capabilities for incoming and outgoing customer correspondence. Strategic alliances and price negotiations with external partners enable EPS  to extend service capabilities and processing capacity to meet Fidelity's growing needs. Utilizing state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technology, EPS helps Fidelity effectively communicate with customers.

PURPOSE: To provide expertise in the development of an internal quality  program. The Quality Manager will assume a leadership role within the business uniton the direction and execution of a total quality strategy for EPS. 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

To lead the development and implementation of an internal quality program.To consult to operations and senior quality management on establishing quality metrics that align leading indicators with customer and business requirements.To provide knowledge leadership on current and new measurement practices and thinking.

5-7 years related experience within a managerial or consultative capacity which includes at least 5 years of experience focused on business measurement improvement projects and/or re-engineering efforts. An undergraduate bachelor’s degree or quality certification is desirable.
