Quote & Bind Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Provides accurate rate quotes and binds applications of selected insurance products.
Documents ancillary business for the State Farm Agent to transition to other lines of business.
Learns to apply product, industry, and market knowledge to make recommendations to prospects and policyholders.
Utilizes the proper sales process to increase sales results.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Some College or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, or related area is preferred, but not required.
Sales oriented, must be able to lead and close a sales call.
Strong phone communication skills.
Self confident, strong initiative.
Ability to adapt and make business decisions.
Must remain current in continuing education courses as required.

Typing Speed: 30+ Words per Minute

Additional Information:

There is a 18 month incumbency period.
Full and Part-time positions
available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift.
Incumbent may work irregular hours based on workload and job requirements.
