We are looking to hire three office assistants, one part-time in our Arlington Heights studio, one full-time in our Hickory Hills studio and one full-time in our Chicago studio

PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST/GENERAL OFFICE - AT OUR ARLINGTON HEIGHTS STUDIO

Greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, light office work and reports, cashiering, and balancing drawer daily. 12-22 hours per week, Tues/Wed/Thurs 5-9pm & every other Sat 8:30-4:30pm

FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST/GENERAL OFFICE - AT OUR CHICAGO STUDIO

Greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, light office work and reports, cashiering, and balancing drawer daily (25 hours per week during training)  After training, hours increase to 38 hours per week, Tues-Sat 9:30-5:30pm, evenings will be available in 2-3 months
