Job DescriptionFacilitate payment of defaulted student loans in LATHROP!!!

We're looking for career minded people who are goal oriented to join our team. As a Recovery Specialist, you will focus on finding people and negotiating payment on defaulted student loans, or when people have fallen out of repayment programs. To be successful in this position you need3+ years genenal work experience dealing with people, such as telephone sales, customer service, business or consumer debt collection experience, etc.Solid negotiation and communication skills; ability to stay salm and control/guide the conversationInternally motivated and goal driven: this is a commission and performance based environmentA good work ethic with enthusiasm Self disciplined to plan your work Previous collections experience a plusAA/AS Degree a plusMUST possess High School diploma GED AND be free of defaulted student loans, state or federal liens
