REGIONAL ACCOUNT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Position Overview:   This individual is responsible for implementing and driving customer service solutions for both external and internal Regional customers.   Essential Functions: ?  Develop, execute and measure implementation plans and strategies that are specific to individual customer requirements. Develop and execute subcontracting plans. Negotiate and contract for service from sub-contractors. ?  Set up Regional Account files, database, rate management, customer profile, pricing, account assignments and Implementation package. ? Prepare and distribute customer information to AUS and subcontractors as appropriate.  (Customer service profile, rate management information, distribution center information and special reports). ? Maintain accurate and complete records of (1) contract expiration, (2) contract pre existing agreement expiration/installation needs, (3) contract price changes, and (4) requests for contract additions, changes and deletions. ? Initiate and maintain Master Account files for assigned customers in concert with Record Retention Policy.  Maintain data for assigned customers. ?  Team with Market Center Management to drive resolution to service issues.  ?  Ensure that add/delete items to Regional Contracts are entered into the Item Rate File, that the Customer Profile is revised and notification is sent to Market Centers and ARAMARK subcontractors. ?  Alert management to service concerns not resolved in a timely and acceptable manner. Alert management of locations that request to terminate service. ?  Provide monthly sales reports to ARAMARK Regional Account Owners and Primary Customer Contacts as requested.   ?  Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.   

 Minimum Qualifications : ? Minimum of three (3) years Customer Service or related field.  ? Ability to communicate well to others both verbally and in writing.   ? Strong computer skills and the ability to work comfortably in the Microsoft Office Environment. Education :   Bachelor’s ( 4 year) degree from an accredited college or university in business management  (or related field) or equivalent experience.
