We require our managers to know the business inside and out, and experience is the best education.  At Starr Concepts, whether you have 5 years of experience or have just graduated college, you start at the bottom and work your way up.  Our Account Representatives are responsible for a variety of things including business presentations, campaign management and sales training.  Because we expect so much, we provide a solid support structure of teachers and trainers to provide them with best on the job training possible.
