Receptionist

Russ Beaverton Toyota is seeking a professional and energetic person who enjoys multi-tasking in a busy atmosphere. This is a Call Center Representative position. Responsible for answering and directing phone calls to appropriate person or destination. Determine and book appointments in Autosked software. May perform departmental follow up calls and other various projects assigned by management.

Responsibilities: Answer all incoming calls from multi-line switchboardTransfer/route all calls, take messages as neededAssist all customers (on the phone and in-person) with basic dealership information Heavy data entry, administrative duties, and filing required.

Requirements:Excellent customer service skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphereWorking knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.)Professional attitude and attire a must1-2 years reception/data entry preferred

Must have excellent phone skills and enthusiasm when speaking
