Region Coordinator

Spectrum Field Services, Inc. offers nationwide coverage for a variety of property preservation, property maintenance, and inspection services. 

 

We are looking for a Region Coordinator in our Asset Management department whose responsibilities would be to manage a portion of our 800 nationwide contractors in a multi-state region.Specific responsibilities include: assign work orders to these contractors following specific client specifications; recruit and select new contractors for this region; communicate directly with clients to report contractor's findings; provide timely information to clients; maintain accurate records; and monitor the progress of work orders and provide follow-up to ensure promptness and quality.

 

Applicant will need to have the following qualifications:Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Ability to plan and organize the activities of nationwide contractors Ability to solve problems and implement solutions Ability to manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to learn and utilize proprieary work order management system software Ability to navigate the Internet with ease Knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook)
