Relocation Associate

Job Description: Working with the Relocation Counselor to provide all services to transferee.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contact with transferee - Initial contact with transferee to set up phone meeting with Relocation Counselor. Back up Relocation Counselor, pick up rolling calls and handle issues/questions from transferee.
2. Reviewing paperwork - Reviewing initial paperwork to ensure that everything is received and filled out accurately prior to proceeding with the listing process. Reviewing title work to assure that it is clear for closing once the home sells. Reviewing the deed package after it is signed and sent back from the transferee to ensure the property can close smoothly when the time comes.
3. Data entry/orders - Entering new transferees into the database and relevant spreadsheets. Initiating/ordering title, inspections, BMA's, HHG, Temporary Housing and other ancillary services. Responsible for follow-up on all orders placed regarding home sale vendors and bi-weekly Marketing updates from listing agents. Responsible for keeping the system current in regards to all relocation activities - this includes notes.
4. Closing/Inventory preparation if necessary - Responsible for verifying file is complete before passing to Inventory or Closing team. Making sure that all repairs are either completed or guaranteed estimates have been held from the transferee's equity.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
High School Diploma - Undergraduate degree in related field desired
Strong computer skills including working knowledge of various software packages
Proficient in Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks D
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Strong customer service skills
