Relocation Associate - Bethel (sirva)

Job Description: Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Initial contact with transferee to for the Relocation Counselor (RC).
To be back up for RC during the entire relocation process.
Order all inspections, review initial documents, and followup with agents and relocation departments for transferees.
 Work with inventory Manager to ensure smooth transition into inventory if the home doesn't sell.
Must be accurate and willing to work as part of a team.

Job Requirements:


Qualifications:
High school diploma, some real estate or relocation or related field experience or interest preferred.
Undergraduate degree in related field desired
