Relocation Title Administrator

Job Description: Job Responsibilities: 1. Reviewing paperwork - Reviewing initial deed package-related paperwork to ensure that everything is received and is accurate. Reviewing title work to assure that it is clear for closing once the home sells. Reviewing the deed package after it is signed and sent back from the transferee to ensure the property can close smoothly when the time comes.

2. Title Curative - Work with Relocation Counselor and Title Company to obtain clear title. Responsibilities could include follow-up with transferee, lenders, and closing offices to obtain necessary documentation and other information pertinent to the defects on title.

3. Data Entry - Responsible for keeping the system current in regards to all title clearing and deed package matters, including notes. Additional data entry may be required to populate additional databases.

4. Monitoring of Work Product - Responsible for ensuring the receipt of deed packages from the Title Company and Transferee as well as the return of the fully executed deed package to the Closing Office. Making sure that all title defects have been resolved to allow purchase of the property from the transferee and/or the sale to an outside buyer.

5. Additional duties as needed.

Job Requirements:


Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in related field desired
Working knowledge of various software packages
Proficient in Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Strong computer skills
