Renewal Analyst

RENEWAL ANALYST
Maximize potential Maintenance revenue for a defined region of customers.

Outbound customer contact to renew customer software maintenance contracts
Selling the value of maintenance services customer?s receive for their
Focus on ?at-risk? customers
Maximizing retention by nurturing customers
Ensure all activities documented according to departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure customers are provided accurate maintenance quotes
Ensure appropriate approvals and documentation has been received prior to invoicing
Participate in dispute resolution when asked
Place expired customers on support hold
Perform account analysis and reconciliation to simplify customers? maintenance profiles so that the renewal quotation process is expedited
Prospect for and upsell additional support offerings
Enter, document, obtain approval for and process Credits
Oracle database work as required




QUALIFICATIONS
5 years business experience in a corporation environment
Territory management experience
Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent phone skills and persona
Excellent time management and a high degree of organization a must
Outstanding relationship building with a high degree of responsiveness
Phone selling experience and experience in handling objections a plus
Analytical
Technical/Product aptitude


EDUCATION
Knowlege of Hyperion products a plus but not essential
Four year college degree
