Rental Sales Associate - (Entry - Level)

 Responsibilities:
Complete rental transactions and agreements for customers following established guidelines and procedures
Sell Budget Truck Rental?s programs and services to customers in an effort to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales goals set by management
Answer telephone inquiries from customers utilizing established telephone techniques
Handle and successfully resolve customer service problems
Prepare vehicles for rental ready condition; inspect return vehicles for mileage, fuel level, and body damage
Move vehicles to designated area on rental lot
This position also requires working outside cleaning, and fueling vehicles for rental ready deliveryRequirements:
­Valid Driver?s License and a clean driving record is required
High School Diploma required
Previous customer service experience is needed and sales experience is a plus
Outgoing, professional personality with a customer service orientated attitude
Professional phone manner/techniques
Ability to work with a team and build Brand loyalty with customers
Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills and professional when dealing with customers and fellow workers
Proficient computer skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
