The ideal candidate will have the following:

 Very strong leadership, presentation, communication, and customer service-driven skills. Ability to foster long-term relationships through customer service techniques. Strong attention to detail and follow through. Develop standard procedures to be performed on all returned product.Maintain an acceptable timeline for customer repairs.This qualified candidate will be assertive, self-starting, and work well independently.Must be proficient in the use of MS Word (intermediate), MS Excel, (intermediate) and MS  Power Point (intermediate).Must demonstrate technical aptitude as it relates to understanding industry and computer-based technologies.Bachelor?s degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience. Past experience in the oil/gas industry a plus.
