Representative, Contact Center

We are currently seeking a Representative for our Contact Center. This position is located in downtown Evanston, adjacent to Metra & CTA stations. 

In this role, you will:Register patients

 Schedule appointments/procedures for patients and/or verify insurance

 Deliver exceptional customer care in a team environment

 Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, facsimile, email, and written correspondence within a specified time

 

The ideal candidate will have:

High school graduate or equivalent

 1+ years of experience in a contact center environment

 Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance terminology gained through formal coursework or on-the-job training

 Keyboarding skills

 Basic math skills

 Typing Speed of 30wpm

 Front-desk/central scheduling and/or registration experience preferred

 EPIC experience preferred

 Strong attention to detail

 Strong verbal communication skills
