Reservations Agent - Inbound Call Center

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You'll generate revenue and promote customer service through telephone sales of airline reservations for passengers and travel agents. Provide callers with information on flights, fares, destinations, and special offers or products. Operate computer systems to input and retrieve information regarding scheduling, fares, routing, destinations, and related services. Respond to calls using telephone sales and customer service techniques, to sell US Airways products and services to passengers and travel agents. Assist passengers (over the telephone) with flight information. Arrange for ticketing and special services. Provide assistance to specialty desks, as needed.

 

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
*Strong sales and customer service skills.
*Ability to interact with all levels of customers and employees (i.e., external and internal customers)
*Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and deal with high stress situations.
*Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
*People-oriented and self-motivated
