Aimco is currently seeking a Resident Relations Associate for our 600-unit apartment community located in Raleigh, NC.  This customer service and administrative oriented professional will be responsible for calling all service requests to the maintenance team members, answering calls from residents regarding maintenance work orders, closing out maintenance work orders in FOCUS in addition to walking units upon move-out at the beginning of each month.  The position will additionally plan resident functions when needed, provide general information about the proprety to potential residents and call potential residents to follow-up regarding interest in residing within the community.
