Retail Sales & Service Representative

In this position, the majority of each shift is spent providing superior service for our customers and clients. You will be responsible for responding to various types of customer service inquiries and upselling. Schedules include Sat and 4 weekdays. Training class starts Sept 5.


' Accepts inbound calls from customer/clients
' Makes outbound calls to customer for information gathering and education
' Identifies reasons for referral
' Updates customer account
' May process incoming mail
' Upselling

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years relevant experience preferred
Ability to input and interpret data
Able to type 25 wpm
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic reading skills
Good organizational skills
Strong upsell techniques
