Job Summary:

This position will have the responsibility for performing out bound retention support for the Medicare membership and for conducting sales agent compliance audits and tracking while contacting post-enrollment members. 

 

Essential Functions:Assist management to define and document the processes related to membership contact and surveying.Make out bound calls to new members for 'Call-Behind' follow-up as specific intervals following enrollment.Make out bound calls to disenrolled members to survey member actions and identify process improvement opportunities.Follow compliance guidelines to identify training gaps.Input retention and compliance tracking into a database for reporting.Identify opportunities to improve the process for out bound calls.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2-4 years experience in Medicare/Health Care Compliance, sales experience a plusExperience in Customer Service and call center environment requiredBilingual in Spanish is a plusProficient utilization of Microsoft Word, Excel and AccessProficient in Microsoft Visio to document flow charts, a plusExcellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal communications)Ability to write effectively and extract information from written materials
