The ideal candidate will have bankcard industry experience in risk management, risk analysis, fraud detection, or fraud control. Successful candidates will have a strong customer service background and investigative spirit. Candidates with credit risk experience in other areas of banking will also be considered.

Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of:
- Bankcard industry standards, rules, and regulations.
- Familiar with standard credit fraud investigative techniques, and able to use those techniques to detect fraud, scams, etc.
- Understands customer contact escalation guidelines and process.
- Can succeed in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Effectively analyzes applications for credit.
- Thinks "outside the box" or applies unconventional methods or tools in investigating fraud.
- Basic investigative techniques for gathering credit information
- Trains and educates customer or coworkers on fraud avoidance.
- Knowledgeable with various point-of-sale terminal product lines and their features, including terminal functionality, memory locations, and menu options.
