Riverview Member Service Representative

At HealthPartners - a dynamic and expansive non-profit healthcare organization in Minnesota - our Riverview Member Service Representatives are the key to providing exceptional service and are part of a critical, front-line team. Because the questions are centered in healthcare, and every question and answer is important, we touch the lives of members in the Minnesota communities we serve.

 

Full-time and part-time positions with our Riverview Member Services Department are currently available. You will respond to calls, from members and prospective members, which are remarkably varied regarding services and plan benefits, and provide assistance in resolving specific questions and issues. As an advocate, you will identify and communicate concerns and trends that impact member satisfaction, and will coordinate the resolution of issues with other departments. 

 

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience, involving complex, analytical problem-solving skills, is required. Excellent time management, sound decision-making skills, outstanding oral and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment are necessary. PC proficiency with multiple systems/platforms is a must.  Experience with Medicare is ideal.  Hmong and/or Vietnamese speaking applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
