SECRETARY / CLERICAL: (MALE OR FEMALE) for a busy, friendly, professional office located in Cinnaminson, NJ.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Respond to incoming calls, appointments, and inquiries 

- Assist with scheduling and corresponding with the office staff

- Processing invoices and documents

- Produce and maintain status reports

- Process payroll ( will train for payroll if necessary)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Customer service experience 

- Computer experience and accurate typing experience (Excel, Outlook, and Word preferred) 

- Must be able to learn and retain large amounts of information in a short  period of time 

- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

- Dependable and reliable / exceptional attendance

- Multitasking and excellent organizational skills

- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
