Responsibilities
a) Maintain a thorough knowledge of Shoppingtown services, amenities/facilities, stores/locations and WOW "tools". Proactively seek opportunities to create memorable customer interactions.
b) Establish and maintain strong relationships with Shoppingtown retailers, including knowledge of merchandise, price points, special sales or events, etc. Through these relationships, encourage retailers to utilize services provided by Shopping Concierge.
c) Greet shoppers and retailers; entertain, chat, establish relationships
Inform guests by providing directions, answering questions
Assist guests with bag carrying, safety escorts
Compare - encourage shoppers to stroll the Shoppingtown and compare prices and merchandise.
Suggest and Sell - based on needs of shopper, offer gift and store suggestions, information on sales, promotions and events taking place at the Shoppingtown.
d) Conduct all service functions of the customer service booth.
e) Operate all equipment located at customer service booth location as well as while strolling: where appropriate, hand-held PC/phone, printer, typewriter, computer, Internet, FAX machine, also includes any clerical and routine paperwork duties.
f) Must be able to accommodate a broad range of clientele with varied needs. Always willing to go the extra mile.
