SHOWROOM CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, the fastest growing furniture retailer in the Northeast; is looking for Full & Part Time Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our soon to open Smithtown Showroom.

We have grown from one Syracuse based showroom to over 60 showrooms in six states. Our current growth and profitability is by dynamic, second generation owners who are known for and proud of assembling some of the finest teams in the industry.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
The team player/candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Three to five years? pervious experience serving customers is required. As an associate in our store, you will help manage all customer contact including: scheduling home delivery, customer pick-ups, and driver feedback checks.

The right person will have a high school diploma or GED, be computer literate, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and be able to multi-task. Strong knowledge of telephone etiquette is a must. You will also need to conduct business in a professional manner at all times and possess the ability to work well as part of a team. Bilingual is a plus. Will consider any candidate with a desire to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment, ready to help and satisfy the Raymour & Flanigan customer.
