Sales Account Reconciliation Analyst

Creative Labs, Inc. has an immediate opening in our Milpitas, CA facility for a Sales Account Reconciliation Analyst. This position would manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Credit processing for Creative Labs customers.  Will be the main contact for managing companies debit balance and reporting for Financials.  Team will be the main contact in relation to account reconciliation.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSILIBITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned.

 ACCOUNT RECONCILLIATION:

Process credit memo's and account reconciliation for price protections, RMA's, marketing claims, price adjustments and shipping discrepancies

Develop business relationships with customers to facilitate dispute resolution

Manage all necessary follow up on disputes and rebills

Manage and communicate customer's account status

Assist Sales with customer account inquires

Manage customer's aging report

 

PRICE MARGIN ADJUSTMENT (PMA)

Process PMA discrepancy paper claims

Prepare and communicate discrepancies by obtaining additional approval or providing denial letter and backup to customer

 

PRICE PROTECTION (PP)

Advise indirect customers' of price protection given to Distribution for pass thru credit

Process PP discrepancies paper claims

Process in transit claims

Reconcile discrepancies claimed by customers'

Prepare and communicate discrepancies by obtaining additional approval or providing denial letter and backup to customer

 

CONTRACTUAL MARKETING AGREMENT (CMA)

Process CMA discrepancy paper claims

Prepare and communicate discrepancies by obtaining additional approval or providing denial letter and backup to customer

 

MAIL IN REBATE (MIR)

Process MIR discrepancy paper claims

Prepare and communicate discrepancies by obtaining additional approval or providing denial letter and backup to customer

 

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

Process RMA discrepancies

Prepare and communicate discrepancies by obtaining additional approval or providing denial letter and backup to customer

Manage and process RMA's to clear "Trouble Log"

 

CHANNEL MARKETING/PA

Prepare and communicate discrepancies by obtaining additional approval or providing denial letter and backup to customer

 

REPORTING AND SUPPORT:

Prepare Adhoc reporting to support Sales and the Customer

  Assist training new employees

  Cover accounts during leave of other team members

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRMENTS:

Education and/or Experience:  Bachelor?s degree (B.A.) from a four-year university; or 4+ years related experience.
