Sales Center Supervisor

DirectStarTV, a subsidiary of Red Ventures, is currently seeking a Sales Center Supervisor to join our growing team.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a high-growth, dynamic environment and will have a demonstrated track record of improving sales performance. This individual will be responsible for the development and supervision of sales agents. Through coaching and motivation, this individual will ensure achievement of individual, team and center objectives.

   

 

Responsibilities:

 Monitor calls and provide feedback related to quality monitors Provide training for Sales Agents Counsel and discipline Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and recommend solutions Develop and implement appropriate incentive campaigns to build morale and ensure achievement of departmental goals Answer questions on sales floor (SME) Handle escalated phone calls Complete monthly one-on-one evaluations and performance reviews Participate in Special Projects as needed

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including 2 years experience in a supervisory role

 Ability to build cohesiveness in the team environment by providing one on one coaching and feedback for improvementAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment Ability to motivate others in a team environmentStrong analytical skills Demonstrated leadership and motivational skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsProficient in MS Excel and Word
