Sales Consultant III - OUTBOUND CALL CENTER - BUFFALO GROVE, IL -PART-TIME EVENING W/ BENEFITS

This position is located at our sales and service center in Buffalo Grove on Lake Cook Rd.

Responsibilities:
- Being a part of our team that makes outbound calls with regards to bank products and services.
- Creating a positive sales/service experience by recommending an appropriate product mix.
- Generating new business by proactively soliciting and cross selling additional products as appropriate.
- Enthusiastically support marketing / sales campaigns.
- Demonstrating competent sales ability, a strong work ethic, ability to be a team player and a positive attitude, which is reflective of the department's values.

 

MUST HAVE THESE SKILLS TO BE QUALIFIED:

 

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Requirements: 1-3 years previous banking / sales experience, consumer lending experience a plus. Strong sales ability, verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette. Minimum typing skills of 25 wpm. Bilingual skills a plus.

This is a part time evening position working 20 hrs per week with the following schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00pm -9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am ? 1:00pm.

 

Salary $12 hourly plus
