Sales Development Representative

Harte-Hanks, a leader in CRM sales, lead management, and Internet transaction processing is looking for talented professionals to join our team as Sales Development Representative. While working on-site at Cisco Systems, our prestigious high-tech client located in Miami, the successful candidates for these challenging positions, will be responsible for managing and tracking sales leads for Cisco and passing rejected sales leads to the necessary parties for follow up. Experience in a sales call center environment and regional sales is preferred.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for contacting by phone, customers in the Carribean and Cisco Systems partners in order to find and develop new business opportunities. Must be able to communicate and write both in English and French (Spanish is a plus). The candidate will have the necessary technical knowledge and experience to translate customer?s needs and/or business opportunities into specific Cisco Systems products and solutions. Experience in the telecommunications/ high tech industry is a plus. The potential candidate should understand network principles design and related technologies such as VoIP, VPN, Routing/ Switching, Network Management, Security. CCSE / CSPE certifications are a plus. This person will have the proven negotiation and soft skills for gathering important information about projects and decision makers from end users and will be able to motivate and foster collaboration from Cisco?s partners. This individual should be able to effectively follow up about the status of leads, supporting account managers on the process of sales until they are closed. Marketing research experience/skills are desirable in order to generate leads related to specific market segments and for supporting marketing communications activities and campaigns. The Sales Development Representative should understand and accurately explain to customers the ongoing promotions as well as the aspects of the high tech and telecommunications industry.

Must be able to manage Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

Soft Skills required: Team Work, Initiative, People skills, Attention to detail, Planning and Organizing, goal oriented. Because it is a sales environment with quota goals, must be able to work under pressure and meet metrics.

College Degree related with the high tech / sales field desirable.

Must be fluent in French!

Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
