Sales Manager

Thriving, expanding, leader in specialty financial services is looking to add a new sales manager to our team.  If you  can coach, motivate, and develop sales representatives, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Manager is a key role within the division, that will assist in achieving the desired sales results for the company.

 

Responsibilities

 

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability for your sales team.

- Ability to identify and hire ?High Potential? sales staff.

- Evaluate and report key performance metrics to ensure best practices in sales.

- Participate in product and sales strategy meetings to further understand and communicate the company?s sales direction.

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Proven excellence in sales leadership, organizational and time-management skills.

 

Qualifications:

 3-5 years experience managing an inside sales team. 7-10 years overall sales experience Proven success training and developing a sales team. Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university Experience in financial services a plus
