Sales Support Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides administrative support to sales team members through general office and computer based duties.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?  Data entry of sales orders and data into system

?  General office duties including but not limited to filing, answering phones, faxing, copying, emailing etc.

?  Document and file critical machine information in an orderly manner.

?  Follow up with customers on miscellaneous delivery, availability, etc. requests.

?  Data entry of orders and credits into system

?  Work with printing vendors to develop and produce sales literature.

?  Organize material for Website updates and maintain updates on Website.

?  Develop and distribute direct mailing/faxing sales flyers and campaigns, transfer literature to PDF format for distributions to dealers and sales team members.

?  Expedite documents from dealers.

?  Assist with planning and customer support at trade shows.

?  Maintain materials and literature for customer visits.

?  Maintain Common Sales area on computer network

?  Assemble and supply machine configuration documents to production.

 

REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS):

?  High School diploma or equivalent

?  3 + years experience preferred

?  Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley

?  Must possess excellent Customer Service skills.

?  Ability to follow directions and work independently

?  Excellent communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office software.
