Job Title: Sales Support Customer Representative (Medical Device)Key point of contact with sales team and customers to provide best quality service to current Aspect customers. Ongoing training is provided in this role to learn our products, process, and customer service methodology.Responsibilities:Develop relationships and provide complete and accurate support for external field representatives and for customers Schedule deliveries, process orders, communicate accurate pricing information Provide sales group and customers with accurate and timely information, including quotations, pricing, shipping and scheduling information, and other information as needed. Respond to inquiries regarding the status of customer orders. Review open orders and backorders daily to ensure ship date commitments are met. Implement proactive programs such as customer surveys to measure customer satisfaction. Follow-up with customers on a pro-active basis to ensure excellent service is being delivered.
