Artromick International, Inc., the worldwide leader in medication management and control products offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a proven Sales Support (inside sales) Representative.

 

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Support Representative are to provide first-line phone selling support and general sales assistance to the field selling effort between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST.

 

Successful candidates will be responsible for communicating product features, benefits and pricing to both customers and prospects, as well as the facilitation or processing of equipment orders. The Sales Support Representative also handles and manages all relevant collateral and documentation requests from field sales representatives or customer and prospect accounts. This role serves as the primary liaison between the field sales representative and the customer during product order deployment, managing customer expectations and handling any problem resolution. Additional duties include the maintenance and updating of account records in a web-based sales automation software tool.

 

The ideal candidate will possess and exhibit the following qualities: an outgoing, sales-oriented personality; a complete understanding of product offering is essential, some experience with healthcare equipment sales in the hospital, long-term care, or assisted living markets is a plus; a demonstrated ability to articulate a sales message both verbally and in writing; previous performance of successful customer service or telemarketing experience in a fast-paced office environment; highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks; and experience using a sales automation system and network order processing system are key. 

 

In addition, the prospective candidate must be able to work between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST.

 

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration preferred and 2-3 years of internal sales / customer service experience required. This position offers an excellent compensation package including salary and benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k). No relocation package offered.
