Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for working assisting our our wholesale customers, handling inbound phone/email queries, monitoring order compliance, following-up on pending applications and maintaining customer records in addition to working with our
sales teams and our wholesale customers setting up accounts, handling contracts and maintaining dealer records.

Qualifications:

A successful candidate for either position has strong customer service skills, great interpersonal & communications skills, a positive and enthusiastic disposition, strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Candidates must also be proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel), have the ability to manage multiple priorities and interact with all levels within the organization. Team work and organizational skills are essential, as it is a fast paced environment. A BA/BS is preferred, and Wiress experience a plus!
