Book of Business Setup and Analysis
? Determines the best type of product, production method, and resulting price for customer use.
? Sets up new items and maintains existing items.
? Identifies and communicates opportunities for consolidations and/or new documents.

Inventory Management
? Determines correct inventory levels and timely reorder points, and makes reorder decision accordingly.
? Manages entire reorder notice process with appropriate form owner(s).
? Monitors customer inventory.

Order Process Coordination
? Determines when to engage sales and design resources in the reorder process.
? Coordinates order placement with CCR?s in the center.
? Manages customer requests for quotes, designs, and any special projects.

Other
? Determines actions and resolutions on customer quality issues.  
? Responsible for asset management within their assignment (A/R, Storage, Invoicing etc.) and any customer communication this implies.
? Coordinates pricing database with the customer.
? Responsible for contract reporting (PPR) for reorder business

General
? Establishes and supports accounts on an ongoing basis.
? Responsible for managing Book of Business Setup/Analysis, Inventory Management, and Order Process Coordination.
? Communicates with the customer at the ?Form Owner? level or above to the customers? satisfaction.
? Ensures process compliance.
