Sales Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and successful Sales Trainer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas.

 

This position will be responsible for providing formal, classroom style training to all new employees, as well as providing on-going system and skill reinforcement training updates for existing employees.  Responsible for ensuring that the new representatives are adequately prepared for transition to the sales floor by monitoring their on-going progress and assessing their performance levels.  Responsible for coaching and development of all new employees.  This position is a key player and is responsible for supporting the company's efforts to provide superior marketing services and optimum achievement of established goals.

 

 The successful candidate should have 3+ years of formal training delivery and design experience, preferably in a call center environment as well as previous experience attracting and selecting top performers.  Must be available to work a flexible schedule.  Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience is required, as well as a positive attitude and work ethic, and excellent customer service/partnering skills.
