Job Description Overview
Candidate must possess strong communication skills both written and oral. A positive, upbeat personality is a must! ?In this position you will handle inbound customer service calls, emails and the occasional walk-in customer. ?You must be able to troubleshoot problems and provide answers to our customers? inquiries. Working under the Managing Director, you will function as a team leader and trainer for call center customer service representatives for the day to day activities of the call center.? In addition, this position will be required to provide administrative support duties and perform special projects such as preparing letters, organizing and maintaining direct customer databases, faxing, filing, research and preparing reports. The right candidate must be flexible, able to work well with a team, dedicated, detail oriented and outgoing in order to work in this fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
????????? Take inbound calls to place orders or to provide support for customers. Effective troubleshooting and problem solving through established methods and procedures, standards and guidelines.
????????? Provide Marketing support for various Company Divisions.
????????? Complete research and prepare concise and detailed analysis and reports as requested.
????????? Manage Customer Database.
????????? Assist the Managing Director on special projects and assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications Positive attitude.
????????? Detail oriented with strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Power Point.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.Writes effectively using various styles to address different needs and audiences.Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time.Prior customer service experience a plus.
Experience
? Minimum 2 years background in customer service, sales, marketing or related field
? Data Entry (completing forms with careful to attention to detail)
? Internet Savvy
Education
High School Diploma or GED Required
Some College or Associates Degree Preferred
Hours
8am ? 5pm Monday through Friday
Nights, Weekends Off
